Shipping & Delivery Information
Most orders can be fulfilled, printed or assembled within 3-7 business days. The shipping time depends on your location buy usually takes 3-5 business days to anywhere in the continental USA.
Some factors that affect and can potentially delay your order are as follows:
During peak shipping times such as holidays the carrier may be overwhelmed and experiencing temporary delays.
The weather can cause temporary delays with the shippers.
COVID-19 has been causing delays for some time now. Although, things seem to be getting better, shipments from manufacturers are still getting delayed.
Shortages of stock and inventory from the manufacturers whether due to the corona virus or high demand are still causing some delays lately as well.
Custom Designs take longer. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to produce before shipping.
Some items can be shipped outside of the USA but most items can only be shipped inside the continental United States. These items will be marked as such in the description. Basically, if the cart allows you to check out, the item can be shipped to your location outside of the USA.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS!
If you are placing an international order you can expect the following estimated shipping times:
Europe: 6-8 days
Australia: 6-14 days
Japan: 4-8 days
Canada: 4-7 days
All other Countries 10-30 days
If the estimated time has passed and you still have not received your package, please check the following things:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
Ask your neighbors if the package was left with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t held at your post office or left with a neighbor then email us on our contact page.
If you made a mistake in the shipping address, we can resend it at your expense.
Depending on the location, the type of product and the carrier, most likely you will receive an email with a tracking number but in some instances the carrier does not want it shared due to security reasons. If this is the case, we can track it for you.
No changes in the shipping or delivery address can be made once the order is placed.
